Color a Soccer Star: Make Your Player Look Ready to Play!

A soccer player picture is all about the kit, the pose, and the little details—the jersey, shorts, socks, cleats, and of course the ball. Coloring carefully makes your player look like a real athlete in action. Pick a team's colors and keep them the same across the whole kit.

What to Watch for While Coloring a Player

  • Skin tones: players come in every shade. Choose a skin color you like and color the face, arms, and legs smoothly and evenly.
  • Hair: color it in one clear color (black, brown, blond, or even a bright dyed color) and leave a tiny light spot for shine.
  • The kit: pick one or two team colors and keep the jersey, shorts, and socks matching.
  • The number: leave the shirt number a different color (often white) so it stands out on the jersey.
  • Cleats: often black, white, or a bright color. A tiny white dot makes them look shiny and new.
  • The ball: keep the classic white with black patches so it's easy to recognize.
  • Movement: a soft shadow under the player's feet makes them look like they're really running or kicking.

Helpful hint: color the skin and kit first. Once the big areas are done, small details like the number and cleats are easy to finish.
