You put a “lid” on each of the three branches. Then draw an irregular circle around the upper part of the trunk and draw the crown. To make the whole thing look more natural, the circle should not look like it was drawn with dividers, but the edges have a wavy shape, just like a real tree looks. Close the lower part of the trunk with a line.
